To kick-off our “school year” we did these All About Me sheets. My plan is for the girls to fill them out each year so we have a great journal of how they have grown and changed year. I saw a few different versions online but had Ed make our own.

It was great to hear their answers and capture this moment in time. We also went back and did some of our “I am Special” activities.
The best answer… Mia saying that when she grows up she’ll be a “ninja princess scientist.”
Hi, I really like your example worksheet. I would like to make something similar for my teenagers. Can i ask for some technical advice? What programs do I need to use to create the shapes? I do hope you can help… Kristina, a teacher based in Turkey.
Hi Kristina, We used Microsoft powerpoint to make the shapes. They really are the shapes that are already made in powerpoint. And that program makes it easier to move around the shapes and text. Good luck!
Would you be able to make these in Spanish? I would love to use these in my classroom but I teach in Spanish.
I’m so sorry I didn’t see this sooner! I don’t know Spanish but if you sent me the headings in Spanish, I would be more than happy to add them in and create a Spanish version for you.

Thank you so much for this quick print out! I use it with our kids on their half birthday as a simple, fun way to do a mini celebration for them. Between a special dessert and this paper – it feels like a kid-focused mini day! thank you!!

Hello,
I love your “All About Me” worksheet! I’m currently a school counselor intern and I will definitely use this worksheet to get to know my students better.
